I've been fortunate enough to work with some really smart and talented people. The kind that worked at places like Chiat/Day, SapientNitro, Razorfish, among others. During that time, I've done good work, and picked up on some cool nicknames on the way.
I like to think of my work as my story.
DRIVING MORE SALES
The business need: Buying a new car takes 4-6 hours, we need to make it easier because no one likes being at the dealership all day.
The insight: People love to take ownership of the sale, Daniel Pink suggests that sales and persuasion has changed since people are more empowered with information, so why not empower them more to make the sale quicker.
The solution: We used machine learning to quantify laws, auto policies and other legalities to show the user exactly what they will be paying. This sales portal was acceble to both consumers and dealers–this brought an additional sales revenue in an automated fashion.
